The Fall

The Kickstarter campaign for “The Fall”, a game developed by Vancouver developer Over The Moon, has surpassed its initial $17,000 goal with over 16 days left to fund the additional stretch goals.  The developer has some other good news to share.  Over the Moon were approved by Nintendo as licensed Wii U developers, and they confirmed that the Wii U version will come after the PC/Mac versions are released.   The game will be episodic and take inspiration from classic titles such as Super Metroid and Monkey Island.  According to the developer, “The Fall” will integrate gameplay mechanics found in point and click adventure games, platformers, and shooters to create a very unique experience.

The Kickstarter campaign would need to reach $65,000 to be ported to platforms such as PS4, PS Vita, Xbox One, and possibly Ouya.
