“Taxi Journey” targets PC, consoles, and mobile devices with Kickstarter campaign

Taxi Journey

Taxi Journey is a new puzzle/adventure game with an art style that takes inspiration from games such as “Machinarium” and “Limbo”.  The game has two protagonists: Gino, who can grab anything by its reflection, and Zoey, who can catch electricity or sounds and use them to solve puzzles.  Lexis Numerique, the game’s developer,  has a 20 year background developing games in the industry, and they are hoping to bring Taxi Journey to as many platforms as possible if all stretch goals are reached.  The good news is Nintendo provides a free Unity license to their Wii U developers; The bad news is PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade both require $40,000 Unity licensing fees.
